1. Kratom
2. Tryptophan but only after having fasterd for about 5 hours because most amino acids block the transports of you blood-brain barrier which leads to tryptophan not being transported to neurons where it is metabolized to serotonin

just read that you get fewer headaches with tryptophan, what do you think
recently I've been getting slight headaches almost everyday
