3. require verification for users via reddit PMs to complete registration
That way hostile communities can't easily get screenshots from here and it's much more of a pain in the ass for the hosting company and domain registrar to sniff around.
There was a forum that did something similar. New members were locked to a single thread in which they can type in why they want be a part of the forum, and then if they got aproved by a mod they would get access to the forum. Before that all content was hidden.
