try the WILD method (wake induced lucid dream) basically you just lie on your back eyes closed and you dont move at all. your mind has to stay awake but your body needs to fall aslleep. you will feel all kinds of weird sensations and after a whille you start to see many scenes infront of your eyes. then you should be able to fall into a lucid dream. having a dream journal is very important too. its like 50% of lucid dreaming.
Sounds pretty hard, but i'll give it try if i run out of options.
I have to try the WBTB (Wake-Back-To-Bed) method. I found out when i wake up and fall asleep every 20 - 40 minutes or so i remember my dreams way more, seems like this is a method that might work on me better.
