orc-like underbite (unfixable according to my shrugging orthodontist)
droopy sad eyes with bags under them no matter how long I sleep
nonexistent cheekbones
hairy ears (and it's impossible to pluck them every day, I just get ear-stubble)
asymmetric, bulbous and "aquiline" nose
lisp (unfixable)
hairy back, hairy neck, basically all hair from by butt to the top of my head
still get the occasional zit, just enough for people to stare but no enough for treatment
And that's just my head.
