The developed world today is just like Europe during the bronze age. You've got the cosmopolitan matriarchal civilizations (neolithic farmers then, the West now) that decline and decay by the day, and you've got the predatory nomads who live in patrilineally organised societies (Indo-Europeans then, probably Muslims now).
